创始人/首席顾问
Iris拥有二十余年为快速消费品、生命科学、石化和科技等行业的跨国公司提供法律服务的经验。在创立Ellis Consulting之前，她曾担任Albaugh Asia Pacific Limited的总法律顾问，该公司是一家总部位于美国的全球化工企业，亚太区业务遍及中国、印度、越南、菲律宾、印度尼西亚和澳大利亚。此前，Iris曾在利洁时（旗下拥有滴露、杜蕾斯、美赞臣、来舒、Finish等众多品牌）、高露洁、Vibram、中国海洋石油总公司和壳牌等公司的法律部门担任过多个高级职位。Iris精通英语、普通话和粤语。目前，Iris负责Ellis Consulting在香港特别行政区的业务运营。

With expertise in contract negotiations & drafting, brand protection, compliance and advertising law, Jose was qualified in the Philippine, relocated to New York for a bigger role a decade ago and he is currently base in Georgia, USA.

Makarand is a seasoned General Counsel and Company Secretary with over 25 years of experience in Indian, multinational and start-up organizations across FMCG – beauty & personal care, food and Agrochemicals industries. He has proven track record of driving legal & compliance strategies, managing complex litigation, high-value contract negotiations, restructuring and M&A, private equity, IPR management and navigating regulatory landscape. Makarand is currently base in Mumbai, India.
